CONDITIONS OF SALE

This document sets out the terms and conditions that apply to sales concluded between people making z purchase via the Zalunira website zalunira.net, party of the first part, hereinafter referred to as “the clients" and the company SAS Zalunira, party of the second part, hereinafter referred to as “zalunira.net”.

PRICING

All prices shown include all taxes.

ORDERS

Clients can only place orders on the website www.zalunira.net

All orders shall be understood as accepting the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.

DISPATCH

Orders are delivered only by downloading from the client space on the website.

Any anomaly relating to the product (error in the puzzles) must be indicated within 60 days of placing the order. The client will then be entitled to a full refund by contacting us via the contact form.

PAYMENT

Clients can choose to pay for purchases:

by bank card: Visa, MasterCard.

by wire transfer (bank transfer) - bank based in France

by PayPal

Zalunira's bank account is a euro (EUR) account. If your transaction involves a currency conversion, it will be completed at a foreign exchange rate determined by a financial institution, which is adjusted regularly based on market conditions.
